Campbell’s soup never looked so mm mm good until the late and forever iconic artist Andy Warhol.  A nearly 10 -foot statue by artist Robert Pruitt was unveiled today in New York City’s Union Square right in front of his legendary factory, which was all the rage from ’73 to ’84.  The statue is head to toe Andy Warhol with the late artist holding a Bloomingdales shopping bag and a polaroid camera around his neck. The monument is showcased across the street from fellow icons such as Abraham Lincoln and Gandhi and is in talks of residing there permanently instead of being temporary as initially planned. Next time you’re in the city be sure to check artist Robert Pruitt‘s amazing work of Andy at 17th street and Broadway.
